RETURNS & REFUNDS
Final sale items. Sale, seasonal, custom made to order items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Restocking fees. Bulky items are subject to a restocking fee that varies by item. Please read product descriptions carefully to see if this applies to a product you intend to purchase. This fee covers our labor, repackaging, shipping and payment fees to accept your return. If applicable, restocking fees will be applied against your refund amount.
Return shipping. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Request a RMA. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be new and unused, have all original tags attached with packaging included. Returns received with excessive pet hair and/or lint will be considered worn and will not be eligible for refund, and will be discarded to protect our staff.
To request a return, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include:
- Your full name and order number
- Item description and reason for your return
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment and you will be notified via email.
Refunds. In some cases we may issue a gift card in lieu of a refund. If your return is not approved, it will not be sent back to you. It will be discarded to protect our staff.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Bear in mind that digital photos may vary slightly from the actual item, due to lighting conditions and the monitor settings on your device.
No Exchanges. We do not support exchanges.
Missing or Lost Packages. All orders are guaranteed for delivery by our carriers. If a carrier makes a mistake please contact us and we will try to correct the issue.
Address and pick up issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid shipping address. We also cannot be responsible if order was delivered, but goes missing due to theft or fraud.
