We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will accept returns for 14 days from the day you received your shipment. Return requests for items received after 14 days will be politely declined. In order to qualify for a return, your item(s) must be new and unused, free from pet hair and excessive lint and have all original tags attached with packaging included (including bags from the brand). If your return is not in re-sellable condition it will be politely declined.  DOG BABY™ is not responsible for return shipping. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include:

  • Your full name, email address and phone number
  • Order number and date you received your item
  • Item description and the reason for your return

Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send an email to notify you.  If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. If your return is not approved it will not be sent back to you. It will be discarded to protect our staff. 

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Bear in mind that digital photos may vary slightly from the actual item, due to lighting conditions and the monitor settings on your device. 

Damaged/defective or incorrect items shipped. Every once in a while we make mistakes. If this happens, we are happy correct our mistake at your convenience. Sometimes this means issuing a refund or sending you a replacement (or similar) product.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

Made to order items returned will be subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item.

No Exchanges. We do not support product exchanges, but please contact us if we can help you return an item while you make a repurchase.

Missing or Lost Packages. All orders are guaranteed for delivery by our carriers. If a carrier makes a mistake please contact us and we will try to correct the issue. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid shipping address. We also cannot be responsible if package arrived at its intended address, but goes missing due to theft or fraud.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund after we have sent you a refund receipt, first check with your financial institution.
