We believe in 100% transparency and will always share as much information as possible. Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, global supply and labor shortages, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once a package leaves our hands.
We are real human beings. We operate Monday- Friday and are closed most holidays. Occasionally we might surprise you and pull an all-nighter like giddy college students powered by sugar and caffeine (nothing wrong with that!). We might even go above and beyond and pleasantly surprise you will a shipping upgrade or free gift!
PROCESSING TIME: It typically takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. Orders placed M-F before 1pm PT are usually shipped the same day. Made to order items typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill.
CARRIERS: We use USPS and UPS, and reserve the right to choose the carrier during peak times to minimize potential delays.

🌎 REST OF THE WORLD 🌎 We charge a $3 handling fee for paperwork and we quote rates based on item weights and carrier pricing, which are "pass through", meaning we do not charge extra on top of what carrier will charge us to ship the parcel. We offer 6 services, and some may not be available in all areas of the world. We do not do business with U.S. sanctioned countries.

Note to Canadian and International Customers: We use UPS and USPS and are not responsible for any customs declarations, tariff fees or import duties. Fees are 100% the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees, and are not paid by DOG BABY™.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES: Estimates are calculated on the day an order starts shipping, based on estimated transit time. Actual deliveries may end up take longer than expected because of bad weather, staffing shortages or other unforeseen events. Tracking is always available via our Track Order page.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS: We will not support OFAC sanctioned countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
ORDER PAYMENT: All customers are charged upon shipment. All payments are charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment processing fees are paid for by DOG BABY™ and are included in the purchase price of each item. Gift cards and discounts cannot be applied to past orders.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS: When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to packaging limitations. If your items from your order are shipped separately, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
ORDER UPDATES AND CANCELLATIONS: We do our best to respond to order inquiries. Please email us at email@example.com immediately if you need to make a change. We respond to requests in order they are received during business hours. Sometimes orders process immediately and changes to orders cannot be made.
